Healthier Communities Fund
The Healthier Communities Fund is a pot of money being made available to voluntary and community groups to help them deliver these outcomes in the Wakefield district:
- Enabling those with long term conditions to become more independent and in control of their condition without hospital intervention.
- Preventing and managing childhood obesity.
The fund is currently closed for applications. When it re-opens, we will make guidance notes and application forms available here.
